I led a team in the development of client brief and customer personas. Our efforts began with research into the business, enabling us to create a comprehensive client brief. This document encompassed essential elements such as background information, challenges, objectives, product definitions and benefits, target customer profiles, key performance indicators (KPIs), deliverables, budget considerations, and more.
Having gained an understanding of Teapresso Bar's ideal customer profile, we conducted a series of interviews with individuals who closely matched the description of the target customers. These interviews were designed to find insights into their personalities, interests, preferred social media platforms, goals, challenges, and shopping habits. The information taken from these interviews served as the foundation for our work, which we compiled into a document.
Within the document, I designed the page layouts, selected typography, and chose colors that resonated with the Teapresso Bar brand. Every visual element was thoughtfully crafted to enhance readability and ensure a cohesive experience for anyone referencing the customer personas.
Drawing upon the insights gathered during the interviews, we were able to distill the collected data into two distinct customer personas. These personas offered Teapresso Bar an understanding of their target customers, enabling the organization to tailor their marketing efforts with precision and efficacy. By leveraging these personas, Teapresso Bar could engage in personalized, one-to-one marketing strategies that resonated with their specific customer segments. These personas serve as tools for driving marketing strategies, fostering meaningful customer relationships, and ultimately ensuring the continued success of Teapresso Bar's endeavors.
