Marketing Campaign: Teapresso Bar, HTX

The campaign encompassed a well-defined marketing workflow, carefully crafted email mock-ups, a planned social media calendar, and engaging posts tailored for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. Our dedication to creating accurate and insightful customer personas proved invaluable in shaping each element of the campaign to specifically resonate with Teapresso Bar's target customers.

Starting with the marketing workflow, I mapped out a strategic journey that would guide potential customers from initial awareness to conversion. This involved identifying the touchpoints where customers would interact with Teapresso Bar's brand, whether through social media advertisements, email promotions, or other channels. By aligning these touchpoints with the preferences and behaviors of the target customers, I aimed to create a seamless and compelling experience that would entice them to take action.

Our attention then turned to the email component of the campaign. Leveraging the customer personas, we crafted persuasive and personalized email mock-ups that would capture the attention of recipients and prompt them to engage further with Teapresso Bar. Each email was thoughtfully designed, with attention given to the subject lines, content layout, and compelling calls to action. By leveraging the insights gleaned from our customer personas, we ensured that the emails resonated with the unique interests and preferences of the target customers, increasing the likelihood of conversion.

We constructed a social media calendar that outlined a strategic posting schedule across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. Armed with our customer personas, we curated engaging and visually captivating posts that aligned with the target customers' interests and preferences. Whether it was enticing images of Teapresso Bar's signature beverages, behind-the-scenes glimpses of their brewing process, or captivating videos showcasing the brand's unique selling points, every post was carefully crafted to captivate the audience and generate meaningful engagement.

By investing time and effort into creating accurate and detailed customer personas, we were able to tailor the marketing workflow, email campaigns, and social media content to effectively attract and engage Teapresso Bar's target customers.
