Awarded 1st Place in Marketing and Branding: XMPie Circle Campaign Workflow at The University of Houston's RedFest 2023
In creating a dynamic marketing workflow, I crafted a comprehensive strategy aimed at seamlessly guiding customers from social media platforms to in-store purchases. This process encapsulates the journey from the moment customers encounter our captivating Instagram, Twitter, and/or TikTok ads, to signing up for our email list, and ultimately enjoying their Teapresso Bar experience.
Commencing on the left side of the workflow, captivating social media ads promote an enticing giveaway, inviting customers to take part. To ensure maximum reach and engagement, Teapresso Bar will strategically repost these promotional ads after three days, ensuring those who may have missed the initial offering or deferred their participation are reminded.
To enter the giveaway, potential customers are directed to the website via a link thoughtfully placed within the description and/or bio of each social media platform. Upon completing the account creation process, a prompt confirmation email and SMS are promptly sent out, welcoming them to the Teapresso Bar family. After a brief interval of three days, customers receive a promotional email containing a digital QR code, granting them access to a complimentary small drink. Alternatively, an SMS is sent, providing a convenient link to a landing page housing the QR code.
Upon visiting the store, customers can scan the QR code, redeeming their free drink. This positively memorable encounter fosters a lasting impression, enticing them to return for future coffee cravings.
Post-purchase, an email is dispatched, encouraging customers to refer a friend, thereby initiating the cycle anew with potential new customers. This strategic referral system perpetuates customer acquisition, ensuring a constant stream of engaged individuals who embark on their own Teapresso Bar journey.
Through this marketing workflow, I strived to create a seamless and captivating customer journey, beginning with social media engagement, continuing with personalized communications, and culminating in memorable in-store experiences. The nature of the approach guarantees sustained engagement and growth, ultimately fostering enduring relationships with the customers.
